Single Bathroom Vanity Design: Small Space, Big Impact
Collaboration is at the heart of every project we love most. For this custom bathroom, we partnered once again with the talented team at construction2style, who led the design, vision and inspiration from the start. At Sean’s Cabinetry, we were honored to bring that vision to life by crafting a single bathroom vanity that reflects both beauty and function.
In this blog, we’ll share how this project came together and highlight the design choices that make this space feel warm, clean, and thoughtfully designed.
1. Single Bathroom Vanity: Design and Approach
This bathroom makes the most of its L-shaped footprint with a layout that feels open and intentional. Just steps inside, the single bathroom vanity crafted by Sean’s Cabinetry is positioned opposite the main entry wall, perfectly adjacent to the walk-in shower. The shower is enclosed with a glass door, allowing natural light to flow through the space and giving the vanity a bright, airy backdrop.
The custom cabinetry itself is designed with clean shaker-routed doors and a frameless construction that maximizes storage while achieveing a beautiful look. This approach combines modern efficiency and classic craftsmanship. It’s ideal for a bathroom that may be modest in size but still seeks function and style. Every inch of this single vanity is put to work. It fits the space well and anchors the entire design construction2style crew was working hard on .

2. The Perfect Neutral Palette
Finding the right neutral can feel overwhelming. Between numerous shades of gray, beige, and cream, it’s easy to second-guess what will truly warm up a space. In this bathroom, the designer opted for Edgecomb Gray by Benjamin Moore, a soft, versatile color that leans warm without feeling heavy. It strikes the perfect balance between gray and beige, bringing calmness and subtle sophistication to the vanity.
This choice pairs beautifully with the surrounding finishes. The Hues collection glazed ceramic tile from Emser, in the color Kale, introduces a muted green-gray backdrop with a satin sheen that adds both depth and texture to the shower walls. Layered with gold lighting and plumbing fixtures, the space achieves just the right amount of contrast. To complete the vanity, Amerdeco knobs in champagne bronze provide a beautiful finishing touch. Their understated shimmer ties the cabinetry to the metallic accents throughout the room.
3. Bathroom Vanity Light Fixtures That Shine
No bathroom is complete without thoughtfully placed lighting, and in this design, the vanity is framed by a pair of cylindrical sconces that instantly draw the eye upward. Each Wren Double sconce has two lights, giving the space function and beauty. Positioned symmetrically on either side of the mirror, they create balance and fully illuminate the space for daily routines.
The cylindrical shape also introduces a vertical line that contrasts well with the clean horizontals of the vanity and countertop. This subtle play of lines helps the bathroom feel taller and more expansive, a smart design move for an L-shaped space. Together with the champagne bronze accents and soft neutral palette, the sconces complete the composition. The result? A polished bathroom and welcoming atmosphere.
4. Cambria Delgatie Quartz Countertop
To complete this vanity, the countertop is crafted in Cambria’s Delgatie quartz in a polished finish. The slab features a Ridgeline Edge (TR3) profile—a sharp, clean right angle with no curves or rounding, just a bold detail softened slightly with a subtle 1/8” radius. At 3 cm thick, the countertop makes a statement while still keeping the design refined and classic.
Our partnership with Cambria runs deep. They’ve long been our first choice when it comes to countertops for our vanities and cabinetry projects. Beyond their reputation for quality and durability, Cambria offers a wide range of stunning designs that elevate any bathroom or kitchen. The Delgatie quartz, with its versatile look, showcases why this partnership continues to be a natural fit for our work—bringing together craftsmanship, performance, and beauty in one surface.
