Meet Jayce, our incredible Office Manager at Sean’s Cabinetry! Jayce joined the team in 2017 and has been a pivotal part of our success ever since. With a passion for growth, an eye for detail, and a talent to inspire those around him, Jayce brings energy and dedication to everything he does.

Family & Free Time

Jayce is a family man through and through. He loves spending his weekends working on projects around the house and hanging out with his wife and kids. “I don’t care what we do; I just love spending time with them,” he says. When he started as an Office Manager at Sean’s Cabinetry, he and his wife had one baby. Now, they’ve grown into a family of five—with one more on the way!

Talents & Hobbies

We always say that Jayce is a rockstar at work, but we need to share that he is actually a rockstar. He plays guitar, bass, drums, and piano. Talk about talent! He also loves to read and has a collection of favorite books, including Balanced Accountability, Extreme Ownership, The New One Minute Manager, and Your Next 5 Moves.

Inspirations & Goals

When asked about a historical figure he’d love to meet, Jayce’s choice is Martin Luther King Jr. “He created a lasting impact on the world. If I could even absorb 0.5% of his philosophies, my life would be changed.” Professionally, Jayce draws inspiration from leaders like Patrick Bet-David and Hernani Alves, whose compelling stories push him to grow.

Jayce is always ready to take on new responsibilities and challenges, which excites him most about working at Sean’s Cabinetry. “I love making a lasting impact on my co-workers.”

As for his personal goals? Jayce dreams of learning computer programming and software development someday. Knowing his determination, we have no doubt he’ll achieve it!

Jayce Wagner: Career Journey

Jayce’s professional journey has been as unique as his personality. He originally studied to become a band teacher at Moorhead State University of Minnesota but found his true calling elsewhere. His first job doing yard work at a summer cabin taught him to be a self-starter and sparked his preference for jobs that always keep him on his toes.

At Sean’s Cabinetry, he’s had the chance to develop countless skills and life lessons. "I’ve learned to accept constructive criticism, rely on my peers, and stay humble. Growth sometimes means hearing tough feedback—and that’s okay because it helps you improve.”

Memorable Projects

One project that stands out in Jayce’s career as an Office Manager at Sean’s Cabinetry was a large distressed kitchen for a former NBA referee. It was one of the most challenging yet rewarding experiences he’s had professionally.

Fun Facts

Jayce grew up in Maple Lake, MN, and loves to travel. He recently visited New Zealand and dreams of touring China someday. And when it comes to food? Pizza is always the answer!
