Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all assigned cabinet projects, ensuring all projects meet client specifications, deadlines, and budgets.

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and team coordination to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.

  • Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and production departments to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate all aspects of the project, including design, procurement of materials, scheduling, installation, and final inspections.

  • Communicate regularly with clients, updating them on project progress and addressing any concerns or adjustments to timelines or scope.

  • Lead and support the project team, ensuring a collaborative and efficient approach to problem-solving and project completion.

  • Apply 2-Second Lean principles to identify opportunities for improving project workflows and reducing waste, increasing overall efficiency.

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success, including customer satisfaction, processing time, and signed dollars. In the future, budget adherence will be added.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–2 years of cabinet experience is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude

  • Prior drafting and/or installation experience is a plus

  • Since this role is customer-facing, must be friendly, professional, and outgoing

  • Willingness to use their own vehicle for meetings

  • Ability to efficiently read a tape measure

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Cabinet Vision, SolidWorks, or similar).

  • Ability to create detailed shop drawings, technical plans, and production-ready documentation.

  • Strong understanding of:

  • Cabinet construction methods (frameless, face-frame, joinery, etc.)

  • Materials (plywood, MDF, hardwoods, laminates, finishes)

  • Hardware systems (hinges, slides, accessories)

  • Ability to perform basic engineering calculations related to load, durability, and structural integrity.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and designing for efficiency (DFM – Design for Manufacturability).

As Project Manager, you will play a crucial role within the company’s EOS framework by ensuring that each project aligns with the broader business goals and objectives. Your leadership will support the Integrator and other leaders in delivering high-quality results while maintaining consistency in project execution across the business.

You will be responsible for applying the 2-Second Lean methodology by continuously assessing project workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements. This will help ensure that each project is completed more efficiently, reducing waste and improving the overall delivery process.

Pay: $65,000 - $95,000 annually (based on experience)
